Pricing and Payment

Classes are bookable termly.  Number of classes per term are:

Autumn Term: 13 classes
Spring Term: 11 classes
Summer Term: 12 classes

FEES ARE SUBJECT TO REVIEW ANNUALLY in response to the rise in fixed costs. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions

• Fees are due before the beginning of term.
• Fees are payable termly – the full term’s fees are payable in advance, in full, online.
• We do not refund classes you cannot make.  By  e-mail request, when possible (depending on availability), a ‘make up’ class could be arranged but this is not guaranteed. Make up classes are not available during Covid 19
• In the event of a Covid 19 Lockdown we will offer an online Zoom make up session. If your child is unable to attend our online session a credit may be offered by e-mail request.
• If you wish to withdraw your child from CWS Dance, half a term’s notice in writing is required.
• Existing pupils are offered a two week priority booking period to secure places for the following term.  If your child’s place is not secured/booked within this period we cannot guarantee a place.
